CANCELLATION POLICY

* Three Night Deposit applies to the first and last 2 nights of the confirmed reservation.

*Holiday - Dec 22, 2007 - Jan 3, 2008 or Dec 20, 2008 - Jan 3, 2009 : Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or no shows are non-refundable if stay includes any nights during these periods. .

* Jan 03 - Apr 15: Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival or no shows are non-refundable
* Apr 16 - Dec 19: Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or no shows are non-refundable

Maximum Occupancy: 2 People in 1 Bedroom Villas, 6 People in 2 Bedroom Villas and 8 People in 3 Bedroom Villas

Rates include complimentary use of chaise lounges & towels at the pool & beach.

REQUIREMENTS:

All rooms are subject to a 5% government room tax
All rates and features are subject to change without notice.
Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children (under 12).
Children under 12 are free when sharing with adults
Connecting suites and suites with two beds available on request.

Minimum Stay: 7 nights are required if stay includes any of these nights of December 25 - December 31. No minimum stay requirement all other times of the year.

Rates include complimentary use of lounge chairs & towels at the pool & beach & daily maid service. Chairs available at La Playa.

Every Jr.Suite (550 sq ft) with large terrace or balcony consists of fully equipped kitchen with 2 burners, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, breakfast counter, 1 king or 2 full beds, living/dining area with sofa, teak lounge chairs, 110V & 220V outlets, A/C, in-room safe, satellite TV, phone, hair dryer.
