CANCELLATION POLICY

* Three Night Deposit applies to the first and last 2 nights of the confirmed reservation.

*Holiday - Dec 20, 2008 - Jan 3, 2009 : Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or no shows are non-refundable if stay includes any nights during these periods.

* Jan 03 - Apr 12: Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or no shows are subject to a 3 night penalty
* Apr 13 - Dec 18: Cancellations received within 3 days of arrival or no shows are subject to a 1 night penalty

Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 children (under 12)...(4 adults on request only)
Connecting Suites With Two Beds Available Upon Request
Rates include complimentary use of chaise lounges & towels at the pool & beach.

REQUIREMENTS:

All rooms are subject to a 5% government room tax
All rates and features are subject to change without notice. 
Minimum Stay: 7 nights are required if stay includes any of these nights of December 25 - December 31. No minimum stay requirement all other times of the year.

Rates include complimentary use of lounge chairs & towels at the pool & beach & daily maid service. Chairs available at La Playa.

Every Jr.Suite (550 sq ft) with large terrace or balcony consists of fully equipped kitchen with 2 burners, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, breakfast counter, 1 king or 2 full beds, living/dining area with sofa, teak lounge chairs, 110V & 220V outlets, A/C, in-room safe, satellite TV, phone, hair dryer.
