Footsteps away from this beautiful 3 km, white sand beach, the hotel has an ideal location: 5 km from Grand Case (The Caribbean’s capital of Gastronomy), 10 km from Marigot (French Side’s capital) and Philipsburg (Dutch Side’s capital) both well known for their ”duty free” shopping opportunities.
 
Charm, Intimacy and luxury: 10 condos with sophisticated comfort: Each apartment gives you a direct access on the beach. An unusual space: surfaces from 1 500 to 2000 sq.ft. where wood mixes with stone and glass were chosen to combine harmony and quality. Living rooms open on a large terrace with a dining table and lounge chairs, creating a vast living space…for relaxing times.
Our beach level condos on the 1st floor have a small and private garden with a spacious teck terrace.
2nd floor condos will simply give you a wonderful and outstanding view of the bay.
This is absolutely the perfect place to bring your family or to celebrate a honeymoon.

Nicely furnished in a unique Caribbean style where colours mix, the condos have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom for each. Every unit is air conditioned and has a spacious, convenient and fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, burners, coffee machine, toaster … The units also have a king bed or twin beds, a safe, TV and a direct phone line. You also have the possibility to ask for a roll away or a crib.
A welcome basket with complementary coffee, chips and cereals is offered upon arrival.

On the beach: A personalized « guest card » will give you signing privileges to some of our affiliated restaurants, beach activities and you will be able to pay directly at the hotel at your departure.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are complementary at 3 beach front locations: Kontiki, Waikiki and La Playa.
  
At your disposal : Beach towels, lounge chairs at the swimming pool, rental car, activity desk, baby sitting, photocopy, mail and fax services, electric adaptors, free parking, taxi upon request, « guest card » giving you the access to activities and restaurants on the beach.

Activities: Massages on the beach, watersport activities: jet ski, parasailing, catamaran, scuba diving, snorkelling, horseback riding, duty free shopping, day trips to the neighbouring islands, deep sea fishing, butterfly farm…

Weekly Rate Maid Service Add – On $45 per nights Accommodations: Every 2 BR Suite (1500 sq ft) includes a large terrace or balcony (2nd floor ocean level) & consists of fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, breakfast counter, 2 King beds or 1 king + 2 twin beds, living/dining room with sofa, lounge chairs, 110V & 220V outlets, full A/C, in-room safe, satellite TV, phone, hair dryer. Children under age 12 are free when staying with adults…comp use of rollaway bed…use of 2nd BR only available at 4 person rate. 3 BR is 2000 square feet on beach & ocean view levels. Weekly Rates:  Weekly rates have been lowered but are now only available for a minimum of one week rental with extra night rates for longer stays.  Daily maid service is optional and can be added for $45 per night. Deposit policy: Full payment of the total reservation cost at time of confirmation. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Cancellation policy: During winter season (Jan 6 - Apr 12), cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 3 night penalty. During summer season (Apr 13-Dec 19), cancellations made less than 35 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a $1350 penalty. During Holiday season period (Dec 20-Jan 5), cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty. All cancellations are subject to a 5% administration fee.  Travel insurance is recommended. No-show / Short stay policy: No shows are subject to a 100% penalty. In case of early checkout the full stay will be forfeited. Minimum stay: 7 night minimum stay required if stay includes the following nights: Dec 20-31.
