CHILDREN: Under 12 stay for free when sharing with 2 adults
MINIMUM STAY: 7 nights required if stay includes any nights during Dec 25 - 31. No Minimum stay requirement all other times of the year.

CANCELLATION POLICY;
December 22 - December 31: Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or no shows are non-refundable if stay includes any of the nights of December 25 - December 31, 2006. Otherwise, cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or no shows are subject to a 3 night penalty.
January 8 - March 29: Cancellation received within 7 days of arrival or no show are subject to a 3 night penalty.
March 30 - December 19: Cancellations received within 3 days of arrival or no show are subject to a 2 night penalty.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 people (whether adult or children).
