villa sits high on a hilltop overlooking Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach,
with the island of St. Barts in the distance. This casual house
is perfect for a large family gathering or 2 or 3 families as it
sleeps up to 20 people. It offers a large open concept living room
and dining area with marble floors, granite counters, and a modest
kitchen with European cabinetry. The living room includes modest
furnishings with wet bar and a small library. The main level also
includes a king bedded master bedroom with huge walk-in closet .
A second master suite on the main level includes 2 queen beds and
another walk-in closet. On the second level the third bedroom offers
a king bedroom suite with a smaller bath/shower. The third level
also offers a fourth bedroom suite with a king bed and private terrace.
All rooms offer outstanding views! The lower level of the villa
incudes a fifth bedroom with private outside entrance, queen bed
and a 2 person bunk bed. A second adjacent bedroom on the lower
level offers a dormitory style suite with 1 queen bed and 4 bunk
beds and 1 bath and a small sitting area. This room is perfect for
the children and can sleep 9 or 10. There is staff on the property
in a separate house and several friendly dogs. electric gate TV/VCR
(all rooms except dormitory) fully equipped kitchen BBQ. Just a
3 minutes drive to the beach
