Hope
Cottage is hidden away at the top of the hill in Oyster Pond on
the Dutch side of St. Maarten. This neat little cottage is the perfect
vacation getaway for two special friends. Views of the Atlantic
Ocean and the surrounding islands are spectacular. Gentle breezes
off the ocean keep you cool while sunning yourself at the lovely
private pool.
This villa is in top condition and the whole house has rolling shutters now. The gardens are really beautiful. There is a nice wooden gate and natural stone walkway to get to the front door with palm trees and flowers on both side of the walkway. The palm trees and soft garden lights make for a very romantic setting. A definite "A" list choice for honeymoon couples seeking a memorable destination. You also are only a short distance from some of the best beaches on the east end of the island. Hope Cottage is located near the French border and is only 15 minutes to Marigot, the capital of the French side, with all its wonderful restaurants and night life, and 15 minutes to Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital, with all the casinos, restaurants and great shopping...
