This
lovely villa is perfect for several couples or a large family group.
It is a very compact home on a private estate overlooking the Bay
of Marigot and the nearby island of Anguilla. Breathtaking views engage
a visitor from the moment they enter the comfortable living area which
opens to a huge (2000 sq. foot) pool deck. The adjacent dining area is completely enclosed in glass which affords both day and night time views of Bluff Point and Nettle Bay Beach. There is an intimate loft above the living area perfect for watching the sunrise and you can see sunsets from the dining room. The entrance to this home is gated and the villa is completely private. Marigot is a 10 minute drive, the nearest grocery store is a 5 minute drive, and Bay Rouge Beach is a 5 minute walk.
